Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Most of our clients give us a lockbox code or leave a key. We send a notification when the team arrives and another when they leave, so you always know what's happening.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. Our team brings all supplies and equipment — you don't need to provide anything.

How do you vet your cleaners?

Every cleaner is interviewed and background-checked before their first job. We carry $1M general liability insurance — COI emailed on request.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Life happens. We get it.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Walk through the home with us before we leave and point out anything that needs a second pass — we'll take care of it on the spot. If you notice something after we leave, email or text us and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Our teams arrive with all products, tools, and equipment. You don't need to have anything on hand. If you have preferences for specific products, just let us know.
