Yes. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Life happens. We get it.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Walk through the home with us before we leave and point out anything that needs a second pass — we'll take care of it on the spot. For anything you notice within 24 hours of the visit, email or text and we'll review in good faith and work with you on a fair resolution.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Our teams arrive with all products, tools, and equipment. You don't need to have anything on hand. If you have preferences for specific products, just let us know.
